Pricing and Licensing
All of our software is supplied on a yearly rental basis. This keeps initial
costs low and gives you the benefit of ongoing support and free upgrades to your
software.
Once you have signed up for one of our packages you have a choice. Either to
install our software yourself, or we can visit you and install the software for
you. If you choose to install yourself we will provide an install set and
instructions on how to perform the install. If you are not confident on
installing the package yourself, we will be only to happy to offer you a
quotation for visiting your company to do the installation for you.
Each year we will provide you with a license file for each user of the system
when you renew your subscription. This license file will activate your software
for a further 12 months.
Prices are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, and payment must be received
in full before licenses are released. The current license rates are detailed to
the right.
Training
We also offer training courses which can be held either at our premises or
yours. If we host the training we charge £100 per delegate. We do however need
to guarantee a minimum attendance so courses are scheduled accordingly.
If you would like us to visit you we will offer you a quotation which will
fairly reflect our expenses in visiting you.
